Chris has written with many household names including Pixie Lott, Karen Harding, Esmee Denters, and Laura White, and has had chart success across the globe securing over 5 number 1 singles and albums. Chris put together Irish boyband, Closure, who scored a number one hit in Ireland.
Chris signed to the largest publishing company in the world "Peer Music" over 5 years ago and has since gone on to open recording studios, and specialise in spotting and developing talent to take to the next level.
Alix Robson has been involved in artist development for the past 4 years, running recording studios in Portsmouth and London.
Her time and patience with aspiring artists is unrivalled and we can see why she is building a reputation as being the “go to” girl for talent.
Her background as a singer/songwriter and performer gives her detailed and extensive knowledge of the needs of up and coming artists, as well as established artists. Sarah Harding, who falls under that bracket, has just had a top 10 hit with “Say Something”.

As a writer and producer Laurence Hobbs has written with many acts including Sam Smith, Pixie Lott, Shayne Ward, Andy Abrahams, Sean wolfe(Jack Pack) Laura White and Amanda Wilson to name a few. He has written songs that have reached number 1 in 7 countries and has written songs for companies such as BBC, SKY and Syco.
He is passionate about helping up and coming singers to fulfil their potential in a positive , creative and honest environment and believes that ChartHouse music is THE place to do that. Laurence is also music promoter, and lectures about the Music Industry . He currently running the ‘15 minute Club Acoustic Night’ in London’s West End.
With many years in the business sector and also music producer, Ephi brings a great experience and knowledge to ChartHouse music.

Phil Braithwaite is a songwriter and producer who learned his craft by touring the world as guitarist, and musical director, to some of the biggest names in music. As songwriter and producer, Phil has cuts and songs on hold for artists including Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Kelly Clarkson, The Game, American Horror Story (Season 4) and many upcoming breakthrough artist's EP’s and albums.
Producer / mixer / master
Steven is a professional Mastering Engineer, Mixer and Songwriter/Producer. A graduate of the ACM Production Degree, Steven continues to work in some of the UK’s top recording studios most noticeably Metropolis Recording Studios, where he works as a mastering engineer. A career highlight so far, is working on the Rolling Stones 2011 back catalogue remaster.
In 2010 Steven set up Roseacre Productions, offering production and song writing services to labels and independent artists. Steven has since become the choice mixer and mastering engineer for several established artist development and publishing companies. Steven has also had the opportunity to work with games publisher UBI Soft, and Sky Television.
Since graduating from the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance in North London, Gregor has gained a reputation as a versatile, in-demand songwriter and producer, with several years’ experience working alongside some of the most exciting artists and producers in the UK and Ireland, in genres ranging from pop, to rock, to hip-hop - and everything in between!
In addition to his writing and production skills, Gregor is an accomplished professional singer, keys and guitar player - meaning that no sound or vibe need be out of reach in the studio. He is also a solo artist, currently producing his own material for release later this year.
Before graduating from The Academy of Contemporary Music with a degree in Music Production, Simon toured with bands around the UK - including gigs at Shepherds Bush Empire, Hyde Park and T in the Park. Throughout this time he secured management from Amanda Ghost (James Blunt, Beyonce), and funding from major labels including Island and Mercury.
Simon studied at ACM, and moved to London, working freelance at various studios around the UK: including the Chapel Studios, Tileyard and notably working regularly for Brian Higgins and the Xenomania team as a vocal producer and sound engineer. This position developed to an in-house musician role and bassist for one of their artists, Florrie (Sony Records).
Throughout the last few years has collaborated with artists such as Amelia Lily, The Saturdays, High Contrast, Big Brovas and Florrie. He plays guitar, bass and has a keen ear for vocal arrangement and synth/sound design.
Simon has a passion for producing music in an eclectic range of styles, and knows the importance of creating a good working relationship with artists in the studio so that it will be reflected in the final release.
After graduating with an Honours Degree in Music management and Studio Production, he moved into top recording and production company Metrophonic Music, working for grammy award winning Brian Rawling and his team, who have produced for artists such as JLS, One Direction, Cher, James Arthur, Ronan Keating, Little Mix, The wanted, Olly Murs and many more. It was a great place to learn from the best.
In his time working at Metrophonic, Kjeld got to work alongside top producer Paul Meehan, and helped on many of the productions the company was doing, including albums with many top 10 artists. From top line songwriting sessions with various sony/universal writers, to editing and arranging live tracks for the X factor, his time here was filled with expert learning experiences from the best in the business. Recording and editing sessions completed with Pat Byrne, Girl band Parade, and many, many more.
With a wealth of professional experience in production and songwriting, Kjeld is looking forward to working with the team at ChartHouse to help develop aspiring artists and songwriters alike.
After graduating from UCL in London, Max set about establishing his own residential studio as well as touring with various musical groups. With six years industry experience producing signed, and unsigned, artists and bands, as well as performing in many, he is sensitive to a wide range of musical styles and forms. Playing Drums, Guitar, Piano and with a keen ear for harmonies, Max has and recorded and produced acoustic sessions for Jake Bugg, Rizzle Kicks, Bastille and the 1975, as well as producing the debut album for ’The Beach'. This versatility of instruments and experience which can be added to tracks, means that costly session musicians are rarely needed.
Max's passion is music in all shapes and forms, his creativity and ability to encourage the best performances out of musicians can be heard throughout his extensive portfolio.
After graduating from London College of Music with a music tech specialist degree, Jasper has been working as a producer, engineer and songwriter across all genres.
As well as residing as in house engineer at Britannia Row Studios (Pink Floyd) from 2011 until its recent closure Jasper has been in demand as a freelancer working across most of London's top studios including Metropolis, Miloco and The Wendyhouse. Being exposed to some of the industries finest producers, songwriters and artists from all genres has nurtured his knowledge and appreciation of different styles of music and their requirements.

Karla has coached a vast amount of artists in the last 15 years and is an active singer, songwriter and session vocalist in the industry. She began her music career as a singer in a soul covers band and then swiftly moved to London to pursue a performance-based degree at university. From being a singer herself she understands first-hand, what is required in artists of today and dedicates her time to coaching artists in development and artists who are managed and signed.
Karla has been involved in the coaching of UK No.1 Artist Pixie Lott, JB from JLS, Imani Williams who featured on DJ Fresh's hit "Say You Do". She has also coached Singer/Writer Sean Mac, Marina from Marina and the Diamonds, Riz Ahmed (Actor in Star Wars Rogue One, HBO's The Night Of) and has worked on the management side of the industry at Roar Global with the likes of Jamelia, Myleene Klass and Platinum selling artists, NDubz.
Cathy, originally from Belfast, became the Studio Manager at ChartHouse after graduating with a degree in Music Management & Artist Development at Buckinghamshire New University. She previously reviewed gigs for BBC, interned at a record label and studied Music Technology at college; ultimately gaining knowledge and experience of all aspects of the music industry and a great understanding of artistic development.
A&R and Marketing Manager
Emma is a business graduate from the Academy Of Contemporary Music and previously worked as a radio plugger for All About Promotions. She promoted music on behalf of artists to a range of national radio and TV outlets across the BBC networks and top commercial stations including Radio X, Virgin Radio, Absolute, Rinse FM and more. Through this she has gained extensive knowledge of the broadcasting and streaming industries, as well as having built relationships with artist managers, record labels, agencies, producers, presenters and playlist curators for the likes of Spotify and Apple Music.
She is the podcast producer for John Kennedy’s X-Posure show which focuses on the best new indie music and runs the music blog ‘Lost Playlist’.
Chris has been immersed in the music industry, as an electronic music producer/dj as well as an industry professional. He has released music on a multitude of record labels and worked with renowned acts such Wiley.
After graduating from the London College of Music, Chris joined ChartHouse on the A&R team as his passion for music goes hand-in-hand with finding new talent.
Mohammed is a sound engineer, musician and producer from London who is Equipped with the skills to navigate in a studio and live environment. He has had the opportunity to assist with various projects for a range of individuals & companies in the industry based in London and abroad,which in return has helped broaden his abilities and aided in the development of his craft.
On occasions he is a session musician, playing gigs with artists from different musical backgrounds which allows him to network with likeminded people. Sales and administration are fields he is also experience in.
Ben, having graduated from the London College Music with a BA Hons Music Technology Specialist degree joined ChartHouse as an intern. Primarily an engineer and producer, he also has experience in media, design, artist development and management. Bringing his skills and knowledge together, Ben has set up PR at ChartHouse Music, offering PR services at different levels, tailor-made to meet each individual clients needs.
Annie Raw Shaw
Originally from Devon, Annie moved to London at the age of 19 to pursue a career in music.
Emerging from a multi-genre background - studying classical, jazz, musical theatre and contemporary music from a young age - her versatility and enthusiasm has led to many professional collaborations and projects, including performances at prestigious UK venues such as Glastonbury Festival, The Forum and St Pancras Old Church and supporting artists such as Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly, Lily & Madeleine and Nadine Shah.
As well as working on a new solo venture, Annie gigs extensively in both London and Devon with bands Munro Fox and Stella Martyr. She has also founded a live music night at Crouch End Picturehouse to encourage and develop a local musical community.
Annie is an enthusiastic and passionate teacher, who believes it's just as important to teach her pupils to gain confidence and support their love of music as it is to improve technical skill.
Vangelis auditioned for BBC One's hit show The Voice UK alongside 50,000 singers. He was selected as 1 of 100 to sing for the celebrity coaches ; Boy George, Paloma Faith, Ricky Wilson and Will I Am. Vangelis bravely sang a reworked version of 'Do You Really Want To Hurt Me' bringing George and the rest of the coaches to their feet, receiving 3 chair turns in total. Vangelis continued his success on the show by reaching The Live Semi Finals of the competition. This led to a performance with his mentor Boy George. Since the show Vangelis was asked to sing and close The British LGBT awards hosted by Duncan James and Mel B in the company of stars such as; Bryan May from Queen, Award winning actor Sir Ian Mckellan and international recording artist Adam Lambert. He embarked on a UK Tour performing in iconic venues such as; Alexandra Palace, Heaven Nightclub and The Grand Connaught Rooms. He is currently working on his Debut Album with Boy George. Vangelis trained in vocals at one of Europe's leading institutions, The Institute of Contemporary Music. He has also trained with Leontine Hass, an internationally renowned Vocal Coach and Principal of the Associated Studios London Performing Arts.
Aisha Peters is a professional Singer/Songwriter, Performer and MOBO Nominee. Originally part of 90's RnB girl group FIERCE they released a UK/Japan Album Titled 'RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW'. As part of the girl group she had the honour of doing support tours for the late great Whitney Houston,Puff Daddy, Another Level and E-17. 'Sweet Love 2K' a FIERCE cover version of Anita Bakers 'Sweet Love' peaked at No3 in the UK Singles Charts. Now a qualified Vocal Coach and Sound Engineer Aisha shares her knowledge of Singing, Songwriting and Performance skills with learners from a variety of backgrounds and levels. Now producing and arranging her own music and songs she describes her creativity as "Music from my heart".
David Wehinm is a Music Producer and Sound Engineer from London. A multi-instrumentalist, proficient in the use of Pro Tools, Logic X and many other DAW’s
Education includes degrees in Music Management and Audio Systems Engineering. Experience in the UK and abroad includes roles in music licensing, TV synchronisation, live and studio sound and artist development.
Current and recent project roles include Music Director (Azekel, Randy Valentine, Sway), Producer (Tony Blaize) and Mix Engineer (Moses Boyd, Zara McFarlane.
Matthew began his music career in a function band playing multiple instruments. He later developed his musical knowledge at The Academy of Contemporary Music with a degree in Contemporary Music Production. Since graduating, Matthew has worked independently developing his songwriting and producing skills. Working with versatile artists has allowed Matthew to develop a large range of genres including pop, rock, dance, jazz and various others.
Matthew is now located at the Portsmouth branch heavily involved in artist development. He unique approach makes artists feel at ease and encourages them to reach their greatest potential.
